Thank you for shopping with Leif Lane Lather. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Service Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Leif Lane Lather is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@leiflanelather.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will do our best to make it right.
