At Leif Lane Lather, we take great pride in crafting premium, handcrafted bath and body products made with care and quality ingredients. Because our products are consumable personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, we also believe in our customers receiving great service. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us and we will do what we can to make things right.

Why We Have This Policy

For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returned soaps, lotions, or any other personal care products once they have left our facility — regardless of whether they have been opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@leiflanelather.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
